国际山地综合发展中心（ICIMOD）是HKH区域的国际组织，国际山地综合发展中心中国委员会（Chinese Committee on ICIMOD，简称中委会（中文）和CNICIMOD（英文））是连接中国科研机构与ICIMOD的国家级桥梁和区域性协调枢纽，是中国山地研究和技术推广的区域性组织，旨在立足中国科学院的科技优势，建立一个集战略引领、资源整合、能力建设和国际合作为一体的综合性平台。
为进一步推动ICIMOD在中国的合作，ICIMOD将依托CNICIMOD秘书处建立中国办公室与ICIMOD-CAS成都数据中心，根据工作需要，ICIMOD联合CNICIMOD现面向国内外公开招聘2名工作人员，有关事项公告如下：
一、人才需求

1）年龄在40周岁以下（1986年2月6日及以后出生）； 2) 地球科学类（遥感科学与技术、地理信息系统）、计算机类（计算机应用、软件、大数据、人工智能）等专业硕士研究生及以上学历，能够利用数据开发工具或可视化库（如Matplotlib、Tableau、GEE等）进行数据分析与成果展示，具备遥感数据、地理信息数据、气象水文、自然灾害等科学数据的处理经验者优先； 3）身心健康，勤奋踏实，有较强的责任心和团队合作精神； 4）有较好的文字能力、沟通能力和组织协调能力； 5）具有国际化视野，有较强的英语听、说、读、写与交流能力； 6）熟悉国际科技合作情况、具有国际组织任职经历者、留学经历者优先考虑。 |

三、招聘程序

四、聘后待遇
1.劳务派遣聘用，聘用实习期为三个月。
2.一般按照国家、中国科学院及我所的工资政策执行，特别优秀者，待遇可面议。

Find Your Opportunities
International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is an international organization serving the Hindu Kush Himalaya (HKH) region. The Chinese Committee on ICIMOD (CNICIMOD) acts as a national-level bridge and a regional coordination hub connecting Chinese research institutions with ICIMOD. It is a regional organization for mountain research and technology promotion in China. To further promote ICIMOD's cooperation in China, ICIMOD will establish a China Office and ICIMOD-CAS Chengdu Data Center based at the CNICIMOD Secretariat (Institute of Mountain Hazards and Environment, CAS). According to work requirements, ICIMOD, in collaboration with CNICIMOD, is now openly recruiting two (2) staff members. The relevant details are announced as follows:
I. Talent Needs
1. International Cooperation Officer, ICIMOD China Office (1 position)
(1) Job Responsibilities:
Plan and organize international cooperation exchange activities jointly held by the Chinese side and ICIMOD.
External publicity for websites, public products, and reports.
Undertake interpretation for relevant activities and translation of relevant documents.
(2) Recruitment Conditions:
Under the age of 40 years old.
Master's degree or above in Earth Sciences, Resources and Environment, or English.
Good physical and mental health, diligent and steadfast, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
Good writing, communication, and organizational coordination skills.
Strong English listening, speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills.
Familiarity with international scientific and technological cooperation, and priority will be given to those with work experience in international organizations.
2. Staff Member, ICIMOD-CAS Chengdu Data Center (1 position)
(1) Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily operations of the ICIMOD-CAS Chengdu Data Center.
Data docking and processing, algorithm development, system testing, code implementation, data cleaning and integration, and organization of outcome documentation, etc.
(2) Recruitment Conditions:
Under the age of 40 years old.
Master's degree or above in Earth Sciences (Remote Sensing Science and Technology, Geographic Information Systems), Computer Science (Computer Application, Software, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence), etc. Ability to use data development tools or visualization libraries (such as Matplotlib, Tableau, GEE, etc.) for data analysis and outcome presentation. Priority will be given to those with processing experience in remote sensing data, geographic information data, meteorological and hydrological data, natural disaster data, etc.
Good physical and mental health, diligent and steadfast, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
Good writing, communication, and organizational coordination skills.
Strong English listening, speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills.
Familiarity with international scientific and technological cooperation; priority will be given to those with work experience in international organizations.

III. Recruitment Procedure
The employing department will conduct an initial review of applicants according to the recruitment conditions. Those who pass the initial review will participate in the subsequent interview re-evaluation. Those who are not selected will not be notified separately.

IV. Post-Employment Treatment
The employment probation period is three months.
Salaries are generally executed in accordance with the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and IMHE's wage policies. For exceptionally outstanding candidates, treatment can be negotiated.
