个人简介： 

　　董志新，女， 山东微山人，博士，副研究员，主要基于土壤学、生态学、分子生物学等多学科方法从事土壤生态学、水环境污染生态修复等的研究。

　　学习与工作经历： 

　　2004年于山东大学毕业并获本科学士学位，2007年在西北农林科技大学获生态学硕士学位，2011年在中国科学院南京土壤研究所获土壤学博士学位。同年开始在中国科学院、水利部成都山地灾害与环境研究所工作。 　　  

　　研究方向及科研工作： 

　　研究方向：（1）土壤碳氮转化与环境效应；（2）农村水环境污染的生态修复 

　　主持了国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国科学院西部之光重点项目、国家重点研发子课题等多项课题，并先后作为课题骨干参与973项目、国家科技支撑计划项目课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目等工作。
