柳金峰,男,中国科学院成都山地灾害与环境研究所博士生导师、研究员。2004年进入中科院成都山地所工作至今。工作以来,主要从事泥石流灾害防治方面的科研工作,重点开展防治工程关键参数计算、技术研发及效果评价研究。发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI/EI检索30篇;第一主编出版图集一部,参与专著撰写5部;获得中国发明专利、实用新型专利授权50余项;获四川省科学进步一等奖1项、西藏自治区科学技术一等奖1项、中科院杰出科技成就奖(集体)1项、水力发电科学技术奖一等奖1项。
