男，中国科学院、水利部成都山地灾害与环境研究所博士生导师、正高级工程师，担任《中国地质灾害与防治学报》、《山地学报》编委，主要从事地质灾害危险性评估与工程减灾技术研发工作，先后参与多次重大灾害应急减灾工作。主持项目20余项，发表论文40余篇，授权发明专利3项，软件著作权10项，参与4部专著编写，多项咨询建议获国家和省部级采纳批示，获2017年中国公路学会一等奖1项、2018年中国科学院“关键技术人才”称号、2024年中国公路学会科技进步特等奖一项。
