雷光斌，男，博士，中国科学院成都山地灾害与环境研究所硕士生导师、副研究员，担任国际数字地球学会中国国家委员会数字山地专业委员会委员、中国生态学学会生态遥感专业委员会委员，ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing、International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation等多个国内外学术期刊审稿人。长期从事山地土地利用／覆被遥感智能监测工作，重点研究山地土地利用／覆被遥感智能制图、变化检测和长时序数据集构建，先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、第二次青藏高原综合考察研究课题、重点研发项目子课题等项目，在国内外主流学术期刊上发表论文50余篇，参与出版《山地土地利用／覆被遥感监测》、《山地遥感》、《Land cover change and its eco－environmental responses in Nepal》等专著4部，先后荣获博士研究生国家奖学金、四川省优秀大学毕业生、Elsevier Atlas Award等奖项和称号。
