杨凯,男,博士,中国科学院成都山地灾害与环境研究所硕士生导师、副研究员,担任《高原气象》、《冰川冻土》期刊的青年编委,中国气象学会统计气象学与气候预测专业委员会委员。主要从事陆面冰冻圈对大气的反馈、气候模式模拟及参数化改进等方面的研究,在陆面模式水热参数化方案改进、土壤冻融和积雪异常的气候效应方面取得了一系列原创性研究成果,迄今在npj Climate and Atmospheric Science、Agricultural and Forest Meteorology、Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres等期刊上发表论文20余篇,以第一或通讯作者身份发表论文14篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(C类)、甘肃省重点人才项目、甘肃省自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、宁夏回族自治区重点研发计划课题等项目。硕士和博士学位论文分别获评2017年和2021年甘肃省优秀学位论文。荣获中国气象服务协会气象科技创新奖二等奖(4/7)、兰州大学教学成果一等奖(6/6)。
