钟卫，男，中国科学院成都山地灾害与环境研究所硕士生导师、高级工程师，四川省海外高层次留学人才，云南东川泥石流国家野外科学观测研究站副站长。长期从事斜坡灾害发生机理及防灾减灾技术方面的研究，迄今共发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI收录13篇，EI收录15篇，编写专著2部；授权国际发明专利1项，中国发明专利3项，实用新型专利8项，软件著作权8项；撰写咨询报告1份。
