黄栋,中国科学院、水利部成都山地灾害与环境研究所,副研究员。长期致力于山地灾害(滑坡)形成机理、风险评估、监测及预警方法的研发。发表学术论文60余篇(SCI/EI检索34篇),参编专著5部,授权发明专利和软著15项。执笔主编国际和团体规范2部,企业内部标准2部,参编4部。
